Dallas has joined the track team this year, which I think is a great great thing! He is learning to be part of a team and it gives him something to work towards. Plus the new friends and fun things that come along with it :)

Hello All,

It's March already! The year is already wizzing by!

Miss Henlee, AKA Penny, has been growing like a weed too! She is sitting up on her own now and rolling all over the place. She is loving her new found independence that she found once she was mobile.

She is such a great baby... no crying, just a little whiny when hungry or tired, that is about it. She is a happy happy girl and just a joy to have around the house :)

Here are the SISTERS! Boy do these two dig each other. Parker will walk into the room and Penny's eyes will just light up and she will start smiling and talking to her. They have a very close bond already. It's very sweet. :)

Greetings from Washington State :)

The whole crew and I took off last Saturday morning and got on the road to Washington to visit Au's brother Laauli and his family.

The weather was fine until we got to Lake Shasta area where we were just pelted with snow! LOTS OF SNOW! And for a California girl, it was quite the experience driving in the snow.... but we made it through and got to Oregon safely. We stayed the night in Medford, Oregon and then headed out bright and early the next day to drive up the Washington. The best part about the hotel was the indoor swimming pool for the kids... see Henlee's picture in her new suit :)

We spend the afternoon on Monday at my sister-in-laws parents house. They have a farm and the kids were able to ride the horses, and ride the quad runners, and jump in the trampoline... tons of fun for everyone, even the observers.

The weather was cold when we first got here but each day after has been warmer and warmer. :) I love the area here and would move here in a heartbeat!

It's so nice to visit with family... :)

Happy New Year!

2008 was a wonderful year for us. We welcomed our little girl Henlee, Dallas turned the big 16 and Au and I celebrated 5 years of marriage! :)

Recently we got the kids and my mother together for a couple of pictures... here is the product of that effort :)

Parker left for Science Camp today! And I miss her already! She is such a wonderful part of our family that it hurts to have her gone... even for a few days!

She is going to have a great time though and I know that she will enjoy her time away.
